Rules to Limit Poker Gaming

Raise amounts and bet amounts in each round are present in limit games. Said amounts are listed under the column labeled as "stakes". For example a Limit Texas Holdem game with a $10/25 limit means that both the bets as well as the raises for the primary round of betting must only be $10 not more, not less. The same rule applies for the last two rounds where the bet or raise should only be the set amount of $25 nothing more and nothing less.
There are three maximum allowable raises in Limit games, these are knows as the cap. A bet that is made can only be raised three times after which only a fold or a call can be made by the player. In instances where there are only two remaining players the cap is increased with a maximum of five raises. The rule takes effect for all betting rounds wherein the foal is to speed up the game play.

Fixed Limit games are the most popular because it is the safest type to play. Pot size increase is consistent, and is pretty much the smallest in all three of the poker playing game types. This game keeps a player from losing too many or all his chips in an instant. The Fixed Limit game play is striking to beginners as it makes learning the game play easier and less risky.

Pot Limit games differ from the Limit games mainly due to the allowable bets and raises in the game. Minimum raise amounts in a game play are that of the previous raise or bet of the same hand. If the first player bets $15, the second player can raise the amount to a minimum of $15. Whereas the maximum amount that can be raised is the total of the betting pot plus the total bets of other game players in the said betting round with the addition of call amounts of a player. So if the pot is $50, player one bets $15, player two calls the same amount, player three then can raise it up to $95 ( $50 in the pot plus $30 from the past bets in the round with the addition of the players own call which is another $15) No Limit Games differ from the Limit games for the simple reason that there is no set maximum limit to each raise this apart from a players balance on the table. This game play is best done by expert players who are comfortable enough to risk losing larger amounts than beginners.
